I think you have the Swift rates backwards...the BRZ Swifts are firmer up front than the FRS Swifts.

Of these springs I'd prefer the Swift BRZ set. You'll be riding the bumpstops with the RSR springs. You're very very close to them with the Swifts, but at least they have firmer front rates to help.

also guys, its important to note that Swift has 2 types of springs for the frs/brz. Sport, and Spec-R

Both springs are designed for stock shocks, but the Spec-R are designed at the upper limits of the stock valving.

It bothers me that an aftermarket manufacture(RS-R) would make separate spring rates for the frs/brz, lol. I feel like it just adds to confusion.

Anyway, the specs of the springs are as follows: (direct from manufactures)

RS-R(for FRS)
Front .4-.6 drop, 2.82kg/mm or 158lbs/in
RS-R(for BRZ)
Front .4-.6 drop, 3.16kg/mm or 177lbs/in
Swift Sport(frs/brz)
Front 1.1 drop, 3.0kg/mm or 168lbs/in
Swift Spec-R(frs/brz)
Front 1.1 drop, 4.4kg/mm or 245lbs/in

RS-R(For FRS)
Rear .4-.6 drop, 4.49kg/mm or 251lbs/in
RS-R(for BRZ)
Rear .4-.6 drop, 3.62kg/mm or 203lbs/in
Swift Sport(frs/brz)
Rear 1.0 drop, 4.5kg/mm or 251lbs/in
Swift Spec-R(frs/brz)
Rear 1.0 drop, 5.3kg/mm or 296lbs/in

I have a question. I just get my RSR superdown but it doesn't come with bumpstops. So do you cut OEM bumpstops or not? If you do, how much did you trim it? Thanks in advance.

Basically, it feels more Racecar and less GT. Here's a pic.

すみません Troekさん According to hotchkis pic below, is that how much you trim for your bumpstops? Can hotchkis apply to RSR's bumpstops length as well? What if we didnt trim bumpstops? Is that bad for suspension?

ahh 日本語話せますか。 yeah im pretty sure thats what i followed for my springs, most springs come with shortened bump stops, or a guide to cut the old ones. i think if you didnt trim bump stops it wouldnt harm anything other than you would hit them under cornering easier creating a spike in spring rate, which would be undesirable.
