They have spent time and money to try and build something sustainable vs some cash on the side. It's easy to just skip a vendor and go for the cheapest possible but then your lacking the support of a real company with a real location that actually answers the phone during regular business hours every time even after your order. Compare this to some guys that when you call with a problem with your order and they just start to be "busy" all of a sudden...
Nels to be fair, these guys have, historically, rarely answered the phone- they've even included this sentiment in their message saying something to the effect that they're working through the backlog of issues/tickets and will respond as soon as possible.

I believe now they have hired some new staff and hopefully will continue to grow!

HOWEVER,

I haven't found many vendors that are as accomodating and overarchingly well performing, well stocked as FT86/JBauto/Subispeed.

I've spent a few thousand with them and will continue to do so based on a few key happenings:

- they took back an OLM fog kit with a reduced restocking fee because a plug wasn't playing nice

- when I got rear-ended and had to cancel a $500 order before it shipped a few months ago, they expressed their concerns for my vehicle, wished me and my baby a speedy recovery, and waived the restocking fee completely.

Both times were extenuating circumstances and both times I feel they went above and beyond to anaylze the situation and present a reasonable set of options for me. That speaks volumes about a vendor

May or may not be the right place to post this, but I ordered a part from FT86speedfactory without fully reading the description, admitted my error and they were more than accomodating even though it was my screwup. A+ would buy again

bought from speed factory a # of times and had to return an item once (my choice, wasn't as plug and play as I would have liked). Each time I'm handled well with parts showing up fairly quickly.

Thanks for all you do FTspeedfactory!

I had to add my .02 here. There are countless emails from me and FT86SF regarding parts. I ask as many questions possible and I am still quiet surprised at how fast, knowledgeable, and straight forward their answers are. I have to admit, some of my questions are asinine but they still take their time to answer my emails. Simply put, I check FT86SF's 'New Product' page at least once a week. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them, although my wallet has suffered as a by-product.
