I wouldn't say that. It's all depends on how healthy you are & your body status. also most philipinos I know is in same status as him & fully healthy

Where are some good places for tocino, tapsilog or good flip dishes in SD? I don't cook/eat filipino food unless I go to a filipino party. It's so unhealthy and heavy like Hawaiian food but so good! My BMI is already more than 25%!

I'm not American. LOL I don't even have a drop of blood of American. I'm more like him, a mixed with Chinese, but I'm Cambodian/Chinese. Anyway, you're right, my Filipino friends are not that big as me. Hahaha

I'm 6'3" and about 230lbs currently. I'd like to get that down to about 210, though.

For Longsilog & Tapsolog I only go to one place "Zarlitos Family Restaurant @ 505 E. 8th St. National City" but I always order for carry out call 10mins before I pick it up and good to go 619-474-1144
