How do i find part number for this under side cover part?

I hit something on the road and now one of the plastic bolt came off and now the underside cover is dragging on the road. I want to replace it but the closest i could find is in this site:

Number 4. Does anyone know how to find the part number and the plastic fitting for it?

Better diagram on the Subaru website.

#4 seems to be a Protector - Subaru (42045CA040). Toyota & Subaru parts are the same. So you can research more on the prices and shipping. You might want to buy #6 for the clip as a replacement since you're just getting the cover.

awesome thanks!

I'm not gonna use that site since shipping is $89 lol

How do i find out what specific plastic clips to use on this part? from the looks of it it uses 2 plastic clips and a 12mm bolt.

It's not $89 for shipping. It's MSRP with a discount for just the cover since shipping isn't included once you checkout. You can google the part # and search different websites to compare what's the cheapest cost + shipping for you. OEM parts don't go cheap the majority of the time unless you go to a local junkyard or check eBay for used parts.

Have you taken a look at your undertray? I highly doubt a 12mm bolt will get loose or ripped off since you'll reuse it. Plastic clips tend to get ripped off easily if it is dragging. I recommend looking under your car and further inspecting any other damages. See what's missing or replacement then take a look again at the diagram to purchase the necessary parts.

Yes, i did take a look at the actual piece.
it looks like it is held together by 2 clips and one bolt. the bolt is still there but 1 of the clips fell off.

is it easier to just buy a pack of clips for around $35 that has various different sizes than to just try to find a specific clip size that would fit?

Looks like you're pretty much set. Yeah, I would buy the variety pack on Amazon for less than $35. Price ranges from $10-$20 depending on the quantity. This is about less than $20 for 635 pieces for the interior & exterior. Great investment for working on cars, but it's up to you.
