After doing the exhaust on my Contour SVT, I struggled to contain drone. Never really got it to a tolerable level. I even tried a trick many Jeep SRT8 owners have used successfully with their Borla's - a venturi device - http://techtonicstuning.com/main/ind...roducts_id=759 - didn't do squat for me, though.

Any verdict on drone with this setup?

I haven't had any drone issues in the. At freeway speeds (70-80 mph) it's actually very mellow until you go above 3/4 throttle or let off the throttle all together. Even then, it wasn't bad enough to incite a comment from my wife during a three hour trip recently, so that's a great sign. I will be at the drive and meet at Longo Scion this Sunday if anyone is local and want's to see/hear it. Maybe I can even rack the car on my lift later and show off some of the exhaust and the whiteline goodies I have installed.

I"m sorry, I'm late for work and havn't had a chance to backtrack and check out the dynos for this system, what are the dyno results for this again?

Wow..... I really hate to say this as I want to support SRT. But this thing sounds great as well and the price is very reasonable.

(Not that SRT's is unreasonable... to be clear. If money were no object I'd have theirs already)

Does anyone have this exhaust yet? How much louder is it than stock? If stock was 3 and muffler delete was 10, on a scale of 0-10 what would this exhaust be?

At idle I would say it's a 3 or 4, but at WOT and under a load it'd probably say closer to a 6/7/8 area. I know that's a big spread, it's loud but not deafening, the system deffinately quieted down after the first 1000 miles, but still sounds mean.

This is a sweet exhaust, probably the one for me.

Was thinking SRT but with the drone and people selling their brand new systems together with the zero response from them PM, email phone its too risky.

If this borla is in stock on the shelf and can ship imediately after payment Im in.
