Prior Gen Part Fitment
Anyone know/speculate the Cusco Type OS Strut Bar with Brake Mater Cylinder Stopper will fit the new generation engine bay? I don't know the measurements of the part (965 540 AMLHD), so can't check with engine bay measurements. I know some of the other engine bay stuff like power braces carry over but not sure about the strut bar. If anyone else wants to list prior gen aftermarkets parts they know fit, it would be nice to build a list for that here.

The strut tower brace mounting points are the same. But there's less clearance with the top of the engine. So it depends on which strut brace you have.
The brake master cylinder stopper brace mounting points look the same. But my Beat Rush one didn't fit as that computer board looking thing is in the way now. |

Cusco responded to my email and confirmed that the OS strut tower with with BCS (CUS965 540 AMLHD) does fit on the 2022 brz. I've seen similar things said about the strut tower choice, the Cusco seems to bend up enough before leveling out to clear, I will order soon and eventually find out it person. Recently the FT Speed youtube channel put out a video talking about a couple parts that do or don't fit on the new gen, they mention the Grimmspeed strut tower which doesn't clear the engine cover as well as a new bolt for a battery brace that could interfere with strut towers. With the design of the bolt on locations as well as an email from Cusco USA, I'm pretty the confident the OS strut tower should fit.
