Do i need re-scale my MAF?

Sorry for my poor english.hope i can make my clear.
I got a MY17 brz(cal id:ZA1JK00N).
Nameless UEL header(similar like tomei),stock overpipe, highflow cat frontpipe whit 2 resonators, handmade downpipe with resonator(yes,3 resonators in all cuz i hate drone) and muffler。OFT OTS V4.03 STAGE 2+ GAS。
I found my LTFT is -4.69%~-10% last night and is summer outside 40C+。
do i need re-scale my MAF?
I compare OFT OTS with stock, the MAF scale is higher 5~10% than STOCK ,but i just use stockintake。is that OK and why the OTS tunes like that?

BTW:it seems i can`t find proper RR-LOG-DEF(now is 370)for my ecu,and when logging with RR,I just can get data of standard OBDII protocol PID。is there sth wrong?

appreciate guys!
