It was still the same car, just like the Mazda Atenza is called the Mazda 6 here. The Toyota Soarer/Lexus SC300-400 Z30 was also a duel badged vehicle as well, in fact it had a third name too which is the most known, Toyota Supra Mark IV. |

where are you getting this info from? i know they both use the 2jz but the cars have different widths, lengths, heights and more indicitively dont have nearly the same wheelbase. i dont understand what you mean by "same" when so much about it is different.
