Unless you can get nitrogen for free, I'd just use regular air and bleed as necessary. We're not professional racecar drivers here, lol.

do you have the ability to completely suction/cycle out the regular air and then refill with only nitrogen.. and then have support for a nitrogen refill?

kinda pointless for the everyday joe

You should just buy a good tire pressure gauge and a good bicycle pump.

Front effective spring % = 59.45
Rear effective spring % = 40.54

Keep in mind that motion ratio in the rear is probably lower than 0.75, so my numbers are off.
Actually, it's worse than that.
Wheel rate is spring rate multiplied by the SQUARE of the motion ratio, so his wheel rates are:
550 lb/in * .95^2 = 496 lb/in front wheel rate
500 lb/in * .75^2 = 281 lb/in rear wheel rate

I'd swap the springs front to rear to get:
500*.95^2 = 451 lb/in front wheel rate
550*.75^2 = 309 lb/in rear wheel rate

And probably reconnect the rear sway, but then more likely to lift the inside rear...

How on earth did this car end up with 57/43 weight distribution?

Every track rat should have one of each. Bike pumps can come in very handy!

Everybody laughs at me for bringing a bike pump. I'm also the guy everybody asks to borrow the bike pump to pump up their tires after the track day.

See. I solved the obesity problem already.

A [ame="http://www.amazon.com/250-PSI-12-volt-Air-Compressor/dp/B000KHH3U8"]12V air compressor[/ame] wouldn't work?

*note: not recommending that specific air compressor, merely providing a representative example.

You do realize you have a Honda air compressor in the trunk of your CR...

I'm not going to blow that one up from using it so much. It's also going to blow the fuse on non-CR cars too.
