Extremely jumpy short term fuel trims all of a sudden

I have been running stage 1 on the OFT for about 50k miles without issue and then over the course of the last couple weeks have watched my fuel trims in closed loop get progressively worse. At steady state partial throttle I'm seeing anywhere from +11 to -11 over the course of just a second or two (I have the maf scaling pretty dialed so normally I never see over 2%). I have gone through 3 tanks of gas from different stations and have checked the intake track for possible vacuum leaks. Only mods are a perrin inlet tube and a catback. I'm thinking mabey the 50k of running rich on a tune has killed the o2 sensor? Idk, any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

It could be your intake, but I see the same thing on my stage 2 tune. I've been told to ignore STFT as long as LTFT looks good. I think that STFT may be tip in enrichment or something of the sort.

2.xx Stg1 maf scale is similar to stock and AFR won't ever be under 11.6 provided you're running at least version 2.00 and not 1.59.

LTFT ranges from -8 to +5. I am running 2.xx tunes but I have flashed back to stock and I am seeing the same issues with fuel trims but slightly worse than on the stg 1 tune. On the stock tune I was seeing LTFTs of -10 at idle and STFTs anywhere from -15 to +15 under partial throttle.
