This might be useful information since there isn't a lot of info on JXB carrier bearing for this platform.
I have a JXB upgraded driveshaft I just pulled off my 2017, replaced it with a stock one from a 2018. My car is up to 130k miles; I ran JXB for maybe 15k miles with their softer street bushing. I have never felt a one piece driveshaft but I imagine this is similar to how one would feel. This isn't a critique of the JXB probably more driveshaft mods in general and how it compliments other bushings.

I also have RCE poly subframe inserts, TRD engine/trans mount and whiteline diff insert with this installed. JXB removed white a bit of lash in the driveline, I started to dislike it day to day as it makes smooth shifting in traffic harder if my foot work isn't perfect. I won't fault the JXB, I suspect there's a bushing combo that would compliment it nicely but decided to unmodify the car a bit to be more livable. Might be useful info for you given you have similar bushings mods as me.

Thanks for the ride report. I have the opposite problem where the shifting is super easy because there's a fairly large zone where the shift will go but then I have to be super gradual with feeding back in the power or I'll get a lurch as it takes up the slop.

Would you be interested in selling the cast off JXB to me? It's really the last bit of potential slop before I have to accept that it must be the differential.

I'd consider it, with cross border shipping it's a bit of a nightmare at the moment.

Selling the driveshaft at a whole unit. It can be divorced for shipping. PM if interested

I found that for drivetrain lash the only thing that helped was the front and rear bushing combo for the diff from whiteline. Getting one piece driveshaft helped with the clack-clackery after shifting. Perrin trans mount will eliminate it almost completely, especially when paired with the perrin solid engine mounts, but the NVH is insane, basically race car.

Already done that and it's either worn out or not the issue. New whiteline diff bushings, new TRD mounts. Doesn't feel tight like it did at 40k with whiteline inserts, subframe inserts, and OE trans mount.

Did you look into the "critical speed" for your one piece drive shaft?

Nope. But I had both aluminum and CF ones and prefer the CF is all I know.

I definitely like how the carbon fiber driveshaft feels when shifting quickly

For me personally the alu was louder and also vibrated like crazy at 90+ mph. Tried all 4 mounting positions and it made no difference. Looked into getting it balanced but couldn't find a place so I just replaced it with the carbon
